Each topic can be an individual webinar (1.5 to 2 hours) or a series (4 to 6 meetings), is appropriate for small- to medium-sized groups (6 to 30 people), and can be tailored to high school-aged athletes, youth and young adult leaders, sport parents, or working professionals (e.g., business, health professions, youth development, and non-profits).
