We typically work with athletes and teams who are struggling with a particular performance issue, for example, lack of confidence, nerves before competition, poor attention and focus, or ineffective team communication. While we help address these concerns, we also work with athletes and teams who are good and are simply looking to get better in order to advance to the next level of their sport (i.e., getting a college scholarship) or looking to gain valuable life skills.
Each athlete and team is different, so the amount of time it takes to achieve desired results will vary. However, our goal is to provide you with the ability to apply new knowledge and skills on your own as quickly as possible. Individual clients typically work with one of our mental performance coaches for an average of seven sessions.
The cost of individual and team coaching varies. Due to this, we provide pricing within a Mental Coaching Plan for individual clients following an online free consultation. Our pricing for online one-on-one mental skills coaching begins at $850. For teams, we provide pricing within a proposal following a free coach meeting. Our pricing for a one-time team session begins at $500.
We accept checks and all major credit cards for payment. Payment plans are available upon request.
We do not accept insurance. Our mental performance coaches are trained as educators, not as clinicians, and are not "sport psychologists," licensed psychologists, therapists, or counselors. Therefore, we do not provide any mental health or medical treatment that would be covered by insurance. If you are looking for a helping professional of this nature, we recommend using the search tools through your insurance provider, Psychology Today, or the Georgia Psychological Association.
We are meeting with athletes and facilitating workshops for groups and teams online via Zoom until further notice as we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
