We typically work with athletes and teams who are struggling with a particular performance issue, for example, lack of confidence, nerves before competition, poor attention and focus, or ineffective team communication. While we help address these issues, we also work with athletes and teams who are good and are simply looking to get better in order to advance to the next level of their sport, such as getting a college scholarship.
Each athlete and team is different, so the amount of time it takes to achieve desired results will vary. However, our goal is to provide you with the ability to apply new knowledge and skills on your own as quickly as possible. Individual clients typically work with one of our consultants for an average of seven sessions.
The cost of individual and team training varies. Due to this, we provide pricing within a Performance Plan for individual clients following a free consultation. Our pricing for individual mental skills training begins at $650. For teams, we provide pricing within a proposal following a free coach meeting or practice observation. Our pricing for a one-time team session begins at $300.
We accept checks and all major credit cards for payment. Payment plans are available upon request.
We do not accept insurance. Our consultants are not "sport psychologists," licensed psychologists, therapists, or counselors. Therefore, we do not provide any mental health or medical treatment that would be covered by insurance. If you are looking for a helping professional of this nature, we recommend using the search tools through your insurance provider, Psychology Today, or the Georgia Psychological Association.
For one-on-one mental skills training, we typically meet athletes online using Zoom, a secure videoconferencing tool. All of our team trainings are delivered on-location. We include travel-inclusive pricing in team proposals.
