EVERYDAY


For Everyday Performers:

Training is conducted one-on-one over the course of 3, 5, or 10 sessions where we will work on various performance skills specific to you. We train people from all performance backgrounds (Musicians, Dancers, Parents, Exercisers, etc.) to overcome obstacles, visualize success, and reach their goals. This training is effective for beginner, intermediate, experienced, and elite performers, from middle school aged to adult.

For Students:

Training is conducted one-on-one over the course of 3, 5, or 10 sessions where we will work on various performance skills specific to learning. We use a variety of performance psychology and learning enhancement skills to train you to combat text anxiety, improve study habits, remember information long-term, and set and accomplish goals. This training is effective for middle school aged to adult learners as well as educators and parents who play a major role in the learning process.
